Scenic View Restaurant boasts a resort-like environment, overlooking the Hoosier National Forest and beautiful Lake Monroe. Scenic View is a full-service restaurant with a large outdoor seating area that boasts beautiful views. The menu features upscale traditional American fare and offers craft beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. This family-owned business is well known for the wonderful brunch menu and signature Bloody Marys!
Scenic View Lodge
Our 4,000 square foot lodge offers 8 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 1 half bath, a large dining & living space, game room & den, full kitchen, indoor Jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot tub, outdoor patio & grassy play area.

Catering & Events
Scenic View Caterers can provide full service (both on and off-site) before, during, and after your special event. Scenic View has several great spaces for rent when hosting corporate events, reunion parties, university meetings, showers, birthdays, office parties, holiday parties, and more! All of our menus are developed personally for each guest. We will set up a special meeting with you for food and beverage planning. You may bring in your own food and beverage caterers with the approval of Scenic View management. You will be required to obtain a temporary event permit from the state excise police if you plan on using bartenders for your event.
Here, you can host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception & send-off brunch all at one lovely venue. The space is then available for up to 19 guests overnight for the two nights. The main event space is on the outdoor patio and grassy area of the lodge.
Lodge weddings require a two-night minimum, which allows hosting for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception & send-off brunch all at one venue. Our onsite restaurant also has an outdoor event venue for using our food and beverage services.
Scenic View often hosts pairing dinners, themed events, & holiday specials throughout the year.
